At Nuliie, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction for our customers. We offer a comprehensive warranty and satisfaction guarantee on all our products. Specifically, we provide a 12-month replacement warranty for breast pumps, milk warmers, and pregnancy pillows.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

How to Return a Product

Initiate the Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number, order date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return.

Approval Notification

We will respond via email to let you know if your return request has been approved.

Shipping the Product

Once approved, ship the product in protective packaging (we recommend using the original packaging) to the address provided by our Customer Care team.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, Nuliie will cover the return shipping expenses.

Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please specify this in your return request. The new item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.
