Before sealing the milk bag, place your index and middle fingers in a scissors shape to squeeze the air out of the bag.
Lay flat to freeze
Pour a maximum of 200ml of breastmilk if you want the bag to lay flat. You can stack up as the picture shows.
Self-standing
The bags can stand up on their own (50ml and more) or lay flat, depending on how you want to carry them.
Thaw with a Bottle warmer
Recommend using a bottle warmer or warm water (40℃/104℉) to unfreeze breast milk.
